A double room on the 36th floor of River City Apartment will be available from 09th June,
I am looking forward to one or two tidy, quiet and young professional people to move in.
Our apartment is located in the centre of Brisbane, it is so close to all important public transportation and institutions.
For example:
Botanic Garden, 4 minutes and QUT , 5 minutes by foot, Its suitable for students who study in QUT.
Queens st., 5 minutes by foot, so supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, bus stops and citycat are so easy to obtain.
Botanic garden parkland, River side and South bank parkland are very easy to achieve, so you can go for a walk at anytime.
The river city apartment has many facilities to enjoy, including gym, swimming pool, sauna and BBQ area and those facilities are free for its residents.
Also, our apartment is located on the 36 floor, it is full of sunshine and a magnificant river view.
Our apartment has living area, kitchen with bar and a big balcony facing the story bridge, it is fully furnished, including LCD TV, washing machine, microwave, gas oven and so on.
This double room is quite bright at day time and quiet, there are a queen size bed , a study desk with drawers, a big wardrobe with huge mirror, it is a full-furnitured one.
Currently, there is one person living this apartment, I am looking for someone who is nice and easy to get along with to share this comfortable apartment.
Again, The room will be available from 09th June 2013, and it address is River City Apartment (36th floor) 79 Albert St. Brisbane
Rental:
$320pw for 2 people or couple
Bond: 4 weeks
All bills are on top of the rental fee, and shared between the tenants in the apartment. Included (gas, electricity, water and unlimited wireless internet)
