Job Responsibilities: Conduct detailed cost analyses, estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies for construction projects. Completion of full trade and elemental take-off; Measuring quantities for variations and managing risks in relation to changes; Undertake site visit and complete valuations of work complete on site; Prepare cash flows; Managing client relations and assist in establishing a client's requirements; Provide expert advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials. Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies.
Requirement:
Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, reports, and schedules. Strong numerical skills. Effective team player. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
