在澳洲，一分钱一分货，如果要获得专业可靠的信息，请以消费者的身份咨询专业人士

楼主是在做好事，所以理应得到认同，即使信息有点错误也是可以包容的，毕竟是做volunteer，即使真的无意说错了，也没必要值得深究。

supergracesun 在自己立场说的话也站得住脚， 双方argue的态度在我看来也很礼貌，大家都能对现状有所了解，收获，这不是argument的好处么

所以亲属朋友们就不要互相扭曲文字，妄加揣测，最后导致人身攻击了。

文字是不真实的东西

还是一句话，如果要确定信息的百分之百可靠性，还是请以消费者的身份咨询之，起码，澳洲健全的法律保护着你

    Totally agree with you!!!!!!!

I think this is Grace's point too! We don't mean anything rude, but this is not fair for her, she's such a nice girl and loyal to her company, you guys are more than welcome to ask around(3 staff). What she did was just trying to help out too because she's the employee of the same company and we don't wanna see any arguments going forward, especially within the same company... Those comments won't help LZ or Grace, 3 company at all. People need to be responsible for what they are saying...

我能问个小小的问题吗~~~~ 3公司的iphone怎么解锁啊？ 我去店里 店员帮我打了客服然后说48小时回家同步一下就好了。。。可是我试过了 还是没有解锁 是怎么回事呢。。。。
