今天状态不好 在logan那边路边停车还把人家的车撞了 我把我驾照号电话名字都给他了 他说那要找保险公司 然后打电话给我
其实也就轻轻的顶了一下 他的漆都没掉 只是保险杠有一部分稍稍的拱起来裂开了

求问一般情况下这样要陪多少啊? 他找保险公司要多久呢? 备注一下,他那车是雨燕 swift

顺带一问 叫路费的时候顺便买的 CTP具体作用是什么?

    As my understanding, CTP is for the people who sit in your car and if they get injured, CTP can cover. But for the damage you caused by your car(like the situation you are experiencing) CTP can not cover. You need to buy specific insurance.

    The insuarence i have can cover your situation and if my car burning and stolen. But if my car is damaged, the insurance will not cover. it will cost me 200-300/year. Then you dont need to worry about you crashing on something

    If you want to cover all the lost, buy a comprehensive level insurance. Normally it will cost 600-1500, depends on your driver skill, car situation and so on.

CTP Insurance covers you by providing compensation to other people injured in a motor vehicle accident caused by a negligent driver. Those 'other people' could be other drivers, passengers (in your car and other vehicles), pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists - basically anybody hurt as a result of the accident, except you, if you're the at fault driver.

因此，如果你只有CTP保险的话，只管人员（除了肇事司机外）伤亡。
他会找他的保险公司，他的保险公司会找你索赔。
Bumper的价钱也不一样。如果换一个全新的大概要1000左右。
按照你描述的情况，应该是可以修的，但是对方的司机应该不会仅仅修一下就好得。

你最好跟对方的保险公司取得联系，告知他们你只是撞了他的Bumper。因为你们没有目击证人，如果对方找到保险公司把他的车子的所有损伤都修理一下，再给你一个Invoice，那你就要赔大了。
