solitary cosy granny flat in the heart of Sunnybank (you will get room to yourself)
DO YOU…… not smoke + like dogs (I own a medium sized adorable terrier that’s
usually in the garden)
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR…… Solitary furnished Granny Flat (with own shower &
bathroom) + free use of the pool + private balcony
DO YOU WANT TO LIVE…… Less than 2 minute walk to bus stops that run to major
universities and the city (130/140/139/137/etc.) + less than 10 minutes’ walk to
Sunnybank Plaza and shops/plethora of restaurants
