ONSITE Property to manage 260 properties. All tasks excluding EOM, ideally have a minimum of 2 year experiences in onsite management OR 3 year experiences in managing about same size of portfolios properties. Proficient in Console with excellent English writing skills you are preferred. You will be credited if you can also speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
What you will be doing:
Attend to incoming telephone calls, emails, faxes and personal visits from tenants on any matter concerned with the letting of properties Conduct all aspects of property management including lease renewals, rental arrears management and attending to maintenance requests. Maintaining and keep up to date of websites Show prospective tenants through rental premises. Applications and approvals for new tenants. Register and process the Bonds to RTA Attend to QCAT issues Rental arrears control. Liaising with lessors, leases and trade people to ensure issues are addressed and solved in timely manner. Organising requirements on vacates, lettings, etc, updating console database Managing entry and exit condition reports on vacating properties in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act and the landlord’s instructions. Assistance of end of month processing upon requested.
What your office hours and salary will be: 38 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm and with two weeks Saturday/per month 9:00am - 1pm with a return on following week Thursday to Friday working from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Salary range depending on experience is $43K - $50K plus super. Trial period up to three months might apply and will be paying higher than above salary range depending on your abilities of catching up.
