The rent will be $200/ Week, includes all utilities. - Linen, Washing machine, Fridge, Cooking utilities, as well as unlimited internet! However, it is negotiable.
The unit is located at Highgate Hills, 600 meters to the South bank train and bus station. That makes it very easy for student who relies on the public transport. Safe street parking if has a car.
There are two international students sharing in the unit, who are friendly and considerate.
To ensure everyone live in this unit comfortablly, smokers and pet are not welcomed.
