Carpet is nearly brand new and we have furniture so can be sale to you its 1200 for everythings.
If take over house and internet will be discount 100 so its 1100 dollar for furniture.
And the transportation is good walk to bus stop less than 5 min and to ferry less 10 than min.
and take bus or ferry to city in 15 min.
Walk to Spare shop less than 5 min and IGA around 10 min.
Post office 5 min and restaurant all in 10 min by walk.
And lovely neighbour, she always take care us.
We are looking for someone take over this house.
If you wanna can be take over internet as well.
Because my housemate will go to japan for research in uni.
And my friends and I gana move to another campus and working around that area.
The contract will be expired in 24 Feb 2012.
The internet is expire 25 Dec 2012.unlimited ADSL 2+
And if you want can be sign one more year with agent.
