The rent is $170/w for single person with all bills included: unlimited ADLS2+ internet, electricity and water. You can rent it for a short term from now to 20th Feb. or long term to mid July. Couple is welcome to stay for short term for $210.

The bedroom is 3m×3.5m, equipped with a built-in wardrobe with mirrors and a ceiling fan. It also has a double bed, a study desk and a swivel chair. You will be sharing a big and clean bathroom with only one person.

This is a fully furnished 3-br townhouse, having 46'' LCD TV, confertile couch and 450L big steelless fridge. It locates at a quiet street with excellent views. This quiet place allows you to easily focus on what you want to focus on, such as sleep and study :)

Location
Very convenient public transport! You can go to work by train or by bus. Only 500 meters to Fairfield train station and 400 meters to bus stops on Ipswich Rd (Route 100, 110, 117, 124, 125).
5-10 min walk to Fairfield shopping centre, Gym and restaurants around such as Sizzler, Thai food, Subway, KFC and Hungry Jack’s.
