Details: The unit is furnished as per the images. Successful applicant will need to sign a formal RTA Lease Agreement Ideally the lease will be at least 6 months. 4 weeks Bond to be paid at the time of signing the lease. Rental to be paid two weeks in advance Sorry, no smoking, no pets. You will need to supply your own pillows, sheets and towels due to hygiene.
You will live with a friendly Chinese couple who is easy going and loves to make friends. The two rooms are nicely separated, so it is guaranteed that you will enjoy your own privacy and quietness.
