looking for a part time time position for reception /administrative assistant/ property Management assistant.
Duties exists in our office. This role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well under pressure.
Your duties will include:
reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate people, telephone and mail;
making and managing client appointments including coordinating any appointment changes.
manage safe custody documents involving registering, releasing and organising documents.
