We are a company specialising in Solar & Construction, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Admin to join our team!

📍 Location: Brisbane
🕒 Work Type: Full-time (negotiable)

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
• Familiar with daily office administration and workflow
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in the construction or solar industry is a plus
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administration tasks
• Document management, client communication, and filing
• Assist in project tracking and basic financial record-keeping
• Other tasks assigned by management
  
  

Offer & Progression

• Probation: 6 months at AUD $26/hour
• After probation: AUD $55,000/year
• Annual raise: at least AUD $5,000 each year (subject to performance)
• Travel: Occasional travel within Australia and to China (travel allowances provided)
• Career Development: This role is part of a long-term career development plan. We provide strong training and support, with the goal of placing you in an important role if you perform well.
