标题: 求知关于租房合同
我本身是租房居住，现在有“朋友”因移民至澳洲，暂住我家三个月，收取租金。现他提岀要我签租房合同，他因有小孩，可去Centrelink申请住房补贴。我有收入并交税，谁能告诉我可以鉴否并会以后发生什么事。谢谢

Need to include your rental to ATO at the end of the year. Also, you rent the house from someone, unless your landloard agrees you to sublease. You should not have right to sublease out because you are not the owner. YOu may not have right to sign the lease with him.
