想问问在city申请公司的详细地址.

然后每年的profit和tax要怎样申报?

作为公司老板(持有香港passport)能不能offshore来进行经营?

hi,you can set up a company in Aus, even if u are offshore boss...

setup process is a little bit hard if u dont know anything about it, I will say u can use some "agents"--see the below link will be useful:

Also, u need to apply for TFN, maybe GST(depand on what size of ur business,if big,u need to registered for GST) etc....

你需要至少一个澳洲人做股东才行，而且你还要个注册的办公室，他们不管你在什么地方管理，建议找个会计师事务所，可以把公司的东西方他们那而且每年的BAS, TAX， (FBT)也要会计给你做
