Sorry for late reply, I didn't know you reply from here.
For single it's $190 per week. It's for the master room with own bathroom.
The address is 3/189 Scarborough Street, Southport 4215, QLD. It's very close to Australia Fair.
Yes, you can use a car park for your car.
How long will you be staying and when you will move in?
I also have another room, it's a double room, for single, with double bed and everything else, but bathroom is shared with one other person.
It's $140 / week. You can also use the car park.
