显然这是文书的意思。楼主你看的是关于头6个月的工资待遇多少的问题吧。
其实我觉得clerical award就是一个试用期工资或干脆新人工资的书面语。这个工资多少应该是公司有规定的。具体多少得问公司相关人员才行。

Clerical award = set wages as determined by the Government.
Profit sharing scheme means you will be entitled to a % of profit if the company makes profit.
