有没有人给提供点意见？比如服务，cover的范围，claim的速度，etc. etc.

如果选定一个plan的话是不是可以随时更换。

medibank的点多一点吧，至少garden city 和sunnybank都有，mbf我只在city看到。

我现在用的是medibank，可能是因为他们讲华语的职员多，所以感觉办事问问题还比较方便。

不过被坑过一次，去年12月底的时候我把我的access fee从500变成250，那个职员居然不提醒我变更access fee也是有一年等待期的。。。。

Medibank has pretty good value.
Sometimes there is special promotion. Such as the promotion last month waived the waiting period (which means you can claim straight away) plus one month premium free.
