The follow points are for the role of Customer Service:
1. Answering and distributing incoming calls.
2. Providing customer support through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, in person meetings and service to walk in clients.
3. Assisting with preparing quotations, proofs, proposals, and production orders.
4. Updating job status to customers.
5. Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal teams.
6. Problem-solving for customers in a way that ensures the relationship remains positive.

The follow points are for the role of Office Assistant:
7. Order dispatching and stock level control.
8. Assisting internal departments with order processing.
9. Giving presentations and reporting progress to both customers and internal teams.
10. Liaising suppliers, communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
11. Providing support work to Marketing Team, Accounting Team and Production Team.  
12. Participate in sales & marketing events.
13. Various ad-hoc office duties as required:e.g. Accurate data entry, schedule meetings, taking meeting minutes, update calendar, filling andscanning confidential documents, order dispatching, label creating, generating report, assist with employeereimbursement claims , stationery stock and ordering, etc Office Assistant
